A2P2 is currently recruiting for multiple positions across our team.

Family Support Specialist

Principal Responsibilities: The Family Support Specialist (FSS) has the principal responsibility of providing compassionate, family-centered assistance to families telephonically through the Help Me Grow Alaska Centralized Access Point (CAP). The position has the additional responsibility of developing and maintaining strong working relationships with community resource partners, accurate data documentation, and engagement in family and community outreach efforts.

Data Program Manager

Principal Responsibilities: The Data Program Manager (DPM) will oversee All Alaska Pediatric Partnership’s Data Program. The DPM will work with A2P2 leadership and program leads to develop and elevate A2P2’s leadership role as a data-driven, trusted source of information. This includes oversight of internal data collection and analysis; designing and implementing CQI and evaluation processes; working with leadership to strategically use external data in support of reporting, programmatic initiatives and other agency-wide special projects; and conveying A2P2’s mission, vision and impact to stakeholders and policy makers.

Data Coordinator

Principal Responsibilities: The Data Coordinator (DC) will work with the Data Program Manager to advance All Alaska Pediatric Partnership’s (A2P2) mission and strategic goals through the use of data and policy advocacy. The Data Coordinator will collaborate with the team to develop and implement A2P2’s advocacy and policy priorities on the local, state and federal level through the strategic use of data, communication with stakeholders, policy and data tracking, and will coordinate and facilitate A2P2’s advocacy coalition activities.

HMG-AK CAP Team Lead

Principal Responsibilities: The Help Me Grow-Alaska (HMG-AK)–Centralized Access Point (CAP) Team Lead has the principal responsibility of overseeing HMG-AK’s Central Access Point (CAP) team of Family Support Specialists to effectively meet the needs of families and providers who contact HMG-AK. The HMG-AK-CAP Team Lead supports the day-to-day CAP operations and serves as the principal resource for escalated concerns.

HMG-AK Program Manager

Principal Responsibilities: The Help Me Grow Alaska (HMG-AK) Program Manager has the principal responsibility of leading the HMG-AK team to fulfillment of the HMG-AK Core Purpose “Building a system where every Alaskan kid has what they need to grow and succeed.” The Program Manager oversees both the daily operations and overall implementation of HMG-AK, as well as its integration into A2P2’s programs and relevant statewide systems that deliver health care, education and social services to children and their families. The HMG-AK Program Manager position is accountable for the management of the program both as a part of the system of care in Alaska and as a program of the All Alaska Pediatric Partnership (A2P2).
