Family Support Specialists
Principal Responsibilities: The Family Support Specialist (FSS) is primarily responsible for providing compassionate, family-centered assistance to families by phone through the Help Me Grow Alaska Centralized Access Point (CAP). The position also develops and maintains strong working relationships with community resource partners, maintains accurate data documentation, and engages in family and community outreach efforts.
