A2P2 Partnership Meetings
One of A2P2’s highlighted networking opportunities is the monthly Partnership Meeting. Partnership Meetings are hosted in communities across Alaska, typically on the first Friday of the month from September through May.

The goal of these meetings is to create an opportunity for connection between the medical community and local agencies and organizations providing services and support for children, youth, and their families. These meetings offer a dynamic space for connecting, networking, and collaborating within and between communities across Alaska. They are a wonderful opportunity for anyone working with children, youth, and families in Alaska to learn about what is happening around the state from both a medical and community resource perspective.

Community Updates
The Partnership Meeting is a great space to share community updates and services that support children, youth, and families. Presentations are focused on local and statewide services and initiatives. They typically consist of an overview of an agency’s services, upcoming events, Specific ways the community can support or utilize the program or services.

Featured Initiative: Help Me Grow Alaska
During each meeting, we regularly share resources from Help Me Grow Alaska, an initiative focused on ensuring that all Alaskan families have access to the resources, therapies, and services they need to support the healthy development of their children.  Help Me Grow Alaska is housed under A2P2 and is staffed by Family Support Specialists and their leadership team. Help Me Grow Alaska believes that by partnering with local organizations, we can make a meaningful impact in the lives of families across our state. The ultimate goal of Help Me Grow Alaska is to connect families with the right resources early on to give children the best possible start in life.
